Thank you for visiting Viève Events - I’m Ruby Geneviève Haddad, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’ve spent over six years working across a wide range of events, learning the craft from the ground up. My journey began as a Christmas Elf at Santa’s Grotto and has since taken me through everything from after-school workshops and wedding catering to styling brand activations for globally recognised names, as well as producing funerals, non-profit events, corporate gatherings, retreats, and private celebrations.

This breadth of experience has shaped how I approach every event: with care, adaptability, and a deep understanding that no two occasions should ever feel the same.

Now, I’d love to work with you to bring your vision to life. I believe every event, regardless of its size or setting, deserves to be thoughtfully designed in a way that truly reflects your values, your story, and your intention.

OUR OFFERINGS ~

  • If you want a strong vision and expert guidance, but are happy to manage the planning yourself. Viève Events are not involved in the execution but will guide you through the planning.

  • If you want support bringing everything together, while still being involved in the event planning process. Viève Events will be there with you on up to 3 site-visits, will guide you with supplier recommendations, build your concept, mood board and timeline. We will also lead on-the-day coordination.

  • For clients who want a fully managed, seamless experience with minimal Involvement. Viève Events will own the entire event from concept to execution, manage all suppliers directly, lead all logistics, decisions, and timelines and deliver a fully cohesive, on-the-day experience.

  • We also offer a flexible day rate, ideal if you are seeking additional support. Whether you need extra site visits, focused creative direction, or a dedicated day of 1:1 planning and brainstorming, this option allows you to access expert guidance for the day.
